An improved Pennisetum with deeper green foliage, flower spikes that are larger and fuller, a longer bloom period that extends from early summer to frost, and better cold hardiness, Karley Rose provides 3 to 4 season wonderful texture and beautiful color in the landscape or in container gardens. The upright 3 foot tall clump of gracefully arching, deep green foliage is topped with abundant, arching, soft rose-purple flower spikes from early summer until frost! Flowers fade to a straw color providing interest during winter. The cut flowers are excellent fresh or dried in floral arrangements. Very easy to grow and drought tolerant when established.
