One of if not the most popular of the Encore Azalea Series, and the most cold hardy, Autumn Twist produces an abundance of very large and eye-catching 3 to 3.5-inch diameter white blooms with purple stripes and freckles on the petals in spring, summer, and fall against dark green foliage. The large arrow-shaped leaves are very similar in appearance to the Formosa Southern Indica Azalea. Looks great planted with Autumn Royalty Encore Azalea. Butterflies love the flowers and blooming branches can be cut for use to create stunning indoor floral arrangements.
